Dec 2017 46500 mi	Dealer replaced the PTU, or AWD power transfer case under warranty. Apparently they do fail occasionally. I was smelling this odd, burnt smell. When I called the dealer they identified it as a possible PTU, and when I brought it in they immediately put me in a loaner and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Great Lakes Ford service department, they have treated me very well.
Apr 2018 53500 mi US $100	While doing a routine balance and rotate on my tires, the dealer gave the car a one-over, and discovered a problem with the positive battery terminal. The positive terminal was covered in corrosion, to the point that when they got it cleaned up the positive terminal was half gone. One again this dealer went above and beyond to save me money by replacing the terminal at a significantly reduced cost!!!

Dec 2013 4000 mi	The sliding cover attached to the steering wheel column from the instrument panel was detached and had to be replaced. Noticed same problem in loaner. Re-occurred when very cold, back to normal when warmer. I had to have the back up lights fixed they did not work. also at that time it easy access button pad had to be replaced because it was not working properly. Would not lock with the one touch option. Also one of the key fobs would only work if it was 2 in Also the drivers door had to be adjusted because it would not close properly. And the hood had to be aligned with the fenders.
Jan 2014 45300 mi	I had to have the access button replaced again because the one they put in caused wind noise. Ehen they fixed the relay for the back up lights they screwed up the relay for the auto high beam function and that had to be fixed.
Mar 2014 10000 mi	The access button pad had to be replaced again because it was not locking with the one touch option again. (This one still does not work properly). Also at that time the brackets that hold the drivers seat had to be replaced because the seat was loose and it would shift around when moving in the seat. They also had to replace both front wheel bearings as they were making a grinding noise.

Drovers' door lock tip is missing and rattles inside door. Accessed door panel and repaired interior door lock rod. Subwoofer has low rumble noise. Followed tsb 08-19-13 and found foam blocks were correctly installed. tech contacted hotline; told to compare with like vehicle and advised not to attempt repair.

(TSB 08-23-9, TSB 09-23-6, and TSB 10-8-2) Calibration performed to fix TSB symptoms.
