Just happened so Im still in angry mode. Worse, Kia couldn't find me in the roadside assistance. They answered quickly when I called but it took 20 min on the side of the highway for them to agree to send a tow truck. They still didn't see me or my VIN in their system. I was without car for 8 days. They gave me a rental. I paid nothing for anything accept a lot of aggravation. Also, the problem turned out to be a bad fuel injector. They replaced the whole system. The gas burned out the catalytic converter. That had to be replaced with entire exhaust system which melted. Fluke of a problem, not typical but it did happen. Otherwise great SUV, but I almost ended dead.

Mar 2017 38000 mi	the original battery was defective and replaced by Kia in 2015; again in March 2017 i had the same problem - i parked my car at Newark airport for a 3-day business trip and came back at midnight to find it dead once again. I was able to get a jump from the security people at the airport and the next day i took the car to my local mechanic who replaced the "kia" battery (second one in 2 years) with an Delco battery and so far I have not had any more problems. What i learned was that even though you shut the car off, Kia has many electrical things on the car that continue to send signals out and deplete the battery. Basically, when you buy this car, they should tell you that you must drive it every 2-3 days or it will be dead. I think there is no way around this. i would never buy another one.

This car has electrical problems that Kia cannot figure out. The 10yr 100k mile warrant is only good if you live next door to the dealer - i have never spent so much time with AAA tow trucks as I have since I bought this car. another electrical problem - another repair - more tow trucks - i would never ever buy another Kia. This was a very expensive mistake. I have stopped taking the car to the dealership because they cannot figure out what's wrong and it takes a lot of time to get there and wait and then explain it them - only to be asked do I want to "rent a car from them" while my car is being repaired! I gave up - I tow the car to my local repair shop and hope that they can find whatever electrical part is now blown. This car is unreliable.

Slight engine lugging, vibration, and "miss" sensation at various speeds 25-60 mph, but only if engine RPM is in the 1500-2000 range. Noticed on multiple Sorentos. Dealer checked fuel pressure, etc., and determined no failing parts.

Owner had to get in car with mechanic to prove to him the problem. They claim adjustment made but symptoms still occur. Dealership states there is no more adjustment and will not replace the necessary e-brake parts/hardware to fix issue. If it isn't broke, won't fix it mentality/coverage.
