180-horsepower 2.4L I4 9-speed shiftable automatic AWD
640 mi | The vehicle had Passive Key Entry Failure. In addition to the module failure, the Push-To-Start button apparently failed. Both fobs required reprogramming and the Push-To-Start button is on lengthy back order but the dealer was able to locate a replacement at another dealer location. |

Seat heaters not getting warm. Seat heaters were fixed by replacing the elements. Still not very warm, but at least we can can tell they're working now. | |
9000 mi | Various problems, all electrical. Weird warning lights and codes. As well as other odd functioning switch logic (including seat/steering wheel heater switches which were sometimes non responsive, and heaters were either on or off according to their state at startup), sometimes unresponsive radio, Bluetooth or other systems, and a buzz in stereo when lights were turned on. Replaced radio head unit which is also a computer. The head unit fixed some of this, but now there are new codes and the buzz and still some unresponsive switches. It will be going back again at some point soon. |
33000 mi | Battery had a cold start problem. It tested bad and was replaced under warranty. |

27500 mi | Uconnect/radio unit's bluetooth connectivity stopped working. Dealer checks and consultation with manufacturer pointed to a complete replacement of the radio/Uconnect unit, which was done. System is working correctly now. |

5000 mi | LCD indicator on driver's temperature dial is faulty |
53000 mi US $13 |
Ambient temp sensor failed. This disables 4WD and traction control. Sensor is not available as part but only as part of $200 mirror assembly. Pulled sensor from mirror, removed thermistor and installed replacement thermistor and sealed it in the sensor body. Spliced to existing wiring. Cost about $6 for a 5 pakc of thermistors and about $7 for a tube off silicone to seal in new thermistor. |
12000 mi | Passive entry wasn't working occasionally and sometimes it wouldn't recognize that the key was present. Dealer did a software update. |
37000 mi | TPMS sensor receiver module failed. Was replaced under warranty. |
180-horsepower 2.4L I4 9-speed shiftable automatic AWD
32000 mi | AC did not work at all. Leak in AC system, was not identified so AC was recharged with a dye to find leak. |
36000 mi | Air conditioner became discharged. Dealer charged and checked for leaks. |
6700 mi | Completely dead battery. Could not remove key from ignition switch nor get vehicle out of park. Dealer had to replace battery and reprogram computer. I understand that this is a common problem with OE battery. |
