The car's best angle (without the Acura grille). All but extinct: a performance-oriented non-turbo four.
Acura beak hasn't helped the brand's sales, but not backing down. The face of Acura. Fancy LED headlights are standard. The beak remains, but it's been finessed
The face of the 2013-2015 Acura ILX. A handsome sedan no one will mistake for a Civic. But no one will lust after this body.
Audi is widely recognized as the auto industry's design leader. But nothing new here. The Honda that no one will mistake the Acura for. The Civic's more fun, though.
A-Spec Package includes these 18-inch wheels. Are they suitable for a car with upscale aspirations? S-shaped character line, first seen on the 2013 ILX, now shared with the TLX.
Family resemblance from the rear quarter as well as from the front. TLX appears more elegant. Looks like the interiors in other Acuras, but you'll find nicer materials inside a TLX.
Audi opted for an ultra-clean instrument panel in the A3. To some it looks cheap. Ante-upgrade. The 2016's interior is nicer, but with more confusing controls.
A-Spec package adds synthetic suede seat center panels and metal pedals. Acura's dual-display controls confuse many drivers. Every Acura now has them anyway.
The 2006-2015 Honda Civics have a massive, bi-level instrument panel. I'm not a fan. Decent comfort and support, but the seats in the TLX feel more luxurious.
