Cracked oil pan. There was a TBD on 2.7 engines built before 7-1-15, which this one was. Don't know for sure what the problem is yet, but it's not impact damage. Suspect it's a form-a-gasket problem or something. Not letting the bead cure long enough prior to torqueing the pan down. Started leaking again about a week after the repair. |
