2015 BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe 4dr Hatch

turbocharged 240hp 2.0L I4 8-speed shiftable automatic RWD

24000 mi Trunk struts were opening rough, dealer claimed it's normal but they did grease the struts. Did not fully resolve. 
7000 mi Vehicle made very loud noise when it hit a 2" ridge in the road. Thought the car may be damaged but was actually OK. Sport suspension and 19" wheels the most likely cause.
