2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 4dr SUV

turbocharged 240hp 2.0L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

13020 mi Gearbox fault, did a system reflash, car back to normal 
1220 mi Engine vibration around 1,200 RPM. Up Shifts to quickly, putting a strain on the engine when in D mode. 
8060 mi Software adjustment of the automatic transmission shifting frequency at set RPM. 
8060 mi transmission remained in a higher gear at 1,200 RPM, probably to boost mpg, therefore the engine "Lugged". I returned the car due to dissatisfaction in how it drove.
