Whining sound. Oil sludge build up. Timing chain stretched. Only solution offered was engine replacement at $4,970.00 plus tax. Manufacturer would not warranty repair of engine, their opinion the engine was abused.
17000 mi

US $350
This was the 3rd time in the shop. I traded the junk off. Lost two computers and it still ran poorly. I have never before traded in a car with only 18,000 miles on it.
44000 mi

US $1250
Manumatic linkage box fuses went bad. Suzuki only offers replacement of the entire linkage box ($700+) instead of $30 fuses that mechanic could have easily replaced had they been available from manufacturer. Very frustrating.
