YearBody/PowertrainComment
2011 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6

Toyota (regardless of people feel) is a company that produces dead reliable cars.
2009 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
Toyota stood behind their warranty. They did not just "reset the computer"... they got to (hopefully) root cause. See below on dislikes.
2008 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
no problems

2007 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
Toyota quality is already well known overall and I already own a Toyota as well
2007 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
I considered the Odyssey and Sienna to replace my 00 Chrysler T&C LTD. I had a better selection of Sienna's, and their reliability is reported to be much better than the Honda.
2006 4dr Minivan, ext. 215-horsepower 3.3L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
fit and finish is very good. I have had no issues at all at 42000 miles (car purchased in USA vs Canada due to $13000 cheaper).
2006 4dr Minivan, ext. 215-horsepower 3.3L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
I liked it better at time of purchase. I assumed becuse it was a Toyota I would have no problems. That did not become the case though.
2006 4dr Minivan, ext. 215-horsepower 3.3L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
It is proven through research organizations.
2006 4dr Minivan, ext. 215-horsepower 3.3L V6

Almost no repair problems.
2005 4dr Minivan, ext. 230-horsepower 3.3L V6

5-speed automatic FWD
Trouble-free operation
2002 4dr Minivan, ext. 210-horsepower 3.0L V6
4-speed automatic FWD
Since vehicle was new in 2002 we have had zero defects, the finish of paint is great and overall lack of corrosion is terrific, considering we use salt on our roads in winter.and we live in canada.
Reliability and Durability of the Toyota Sienna: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2009 4dr Minivan, ext. 266-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
I had major computer (electrical?) issues - all warning lights on console lit up. Details: NHTSA.gov TSB. Multiple trips for repair and 30 days loss of use to remedy. I bought Toyota over Honda due to (TQM) quality methods. I feel somewhat cheated here.
2004 4dr Minivan, ext. 230-horsepower 3.3L V6
5-speed automatic AWD
We have had at least 8 recalls on the car We have replaced the transmission which was faulty from day one Run flat tires are horrible - bad decision
