What Our Members Are Saying about the Price of the the Toyota Camry
| Price of the Toyota Camry: Pros | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | It was lease takeover. $149mo. for 11 months with a $13.3 buyout/resell |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | One of the biggest reasons for buying the Camry is that Toyota offers a disability reinbursment where they will pay for adaptive equipment added to the car. Now my wife will be able to drive. The Altima did not offer this. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | The 2007 Camry SE V6 is a great compromise between luxury, performance and affordability. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD | This car was a Hertz rental car. It was a very good price with a good warranty. |
| Price of the Toyota Camry: Cons | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2011 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | Why pay more for less????? |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | If I have to get same features on Camry (which I got on accord), I have to spend above 30k + APR also will be high. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | Expensive |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | Dealer was not willing to deal oter than cursory reductions. DId not want to "Open Book" pricing and discounts, tried to hide them in "lease" payments |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | Price too high and dealer would not deal. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD | Too expensive a premium for hybrid. They come stripped or loaded (mostly loaded) with nothing in between. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD | I was able to get a much better deal on the Accord. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD | ~$30,000 |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD | Dealership would not negotiate. |
| 2006 | 4dr Sedan 190-horsepower 3.0L V6 5-speed automatic FWD | higher price for less features |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 192-horsepower 3.0L V6 4-speed automatic FWD | The price is higher than comparable models and my payments were over $500 a month on a 60 month loan. |
What Our Members Are Saying about the Price of the the Nissan Pathfinder
| Price of the Nissan Pathfinder: Pros | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2008 | 4dr SUV 310-horsepower 5.6L V8 5-speed shiftable automatic 4WD w/low range | Nissan had a great lease offer for V8 SE models and the payments were less than what the competition was offering. |
| 2006 | 4dr SUV 270-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed automatic 4WD w/low range | The Pathy runs about 10% cheaper than the Toyota ForeRunner, which is an excellent vehicle, but comes at a premium price. I think the PF runs 99% of the Toyota longevity, and about 95% of the fit and finish. This makes it a better buy in my eye |
| 2006 | 4dr SUV 270-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed automatic RWD | We where able to deal a $34,000 pathfinder down to $26,500. with 4.0% interest. GREAT DEAL! |
| 2005 | 4dr SUV 270-horsepower 4.0L V6 5-speed automatic 4WD, part-time w/low range | Was less than a 4Runner. |
| 2001 | 4dr SUV 240-horsepower 3.5L V6 4-speed automatic RWD | Theres not another SUV in its price range that has the power, features, and quality that the Pathfinder offers. In my opinion is superior to the Toyota 4Runner in every possible way while being a little cheaper. |
| Price of the Nissan Pathfinder: Cons | ||
| Year | Body/Powertrain | Comment |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 240-horsepower 3.5L V6 4-speed automatic 4WD w/low range | As it is an import SUV, you will pay more than comparable domestic SUVs. However, the reliability of the Pathfinder should more than make up for it. |

What Our Members Are Saying about Toyota Camry Materials and Workmanship

| 2012 | 4dr Sedan 156-horsepower 2.5L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
The interior materials are much higher quality than the Camry. The Camry felt very cheap, not like a car that costs over $30k. The Fusion felt like a more expensive BMW or Audi with the interior quality. There were no large gaps or uneven edges between materials. The exterior build quality is also better in the Fusion. The doors close smoothly and without being too heavy or too light. The hood fits very tightly with the frame. The trunk closes easily but without slamming. And, best of all, the trunk includes a little handle for closing so that you don't have to grab the exterior of trunk but can just close it with that handle. Just like my Saab does!! |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
no loose ends, everything fits right and stays in place |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
This car has had zero problems. Superior to every other Camry year and make out there. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
All materials appear to be good quality and well put together |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
I met an owner who had 350,000 miles, and the car still looked good. In 19,000 miles we have no problem, other than the squeaky brake pads, which were replaced. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Fit and finish are consistent. |

| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
Cheap! plastic everywhere, front seats are brutal and the seat covering is cheap.Paint is thin. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Soundproofing was poor, there was a cheap feel about the bodywork, fittings were cheap looking even for a rental |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Paint is very easily chipped and scraped |
| 2005 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
The cloth on the headliner on the rear window is coming loose. In contacting a body shop that I am familiar with, this is a common problem. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Terrible paint that chips and scratches very easily. Interior panels are not held together very well. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Cheap, econobox feel, hard seats |

Unlike many domestic vehicles, the Pathfinder *feels* solid. The steering wheel, interior controls, and doors/hatches on many other vehicles feel hollow and cheap -- with the Pathfinder they are heavy and durable, and will stand up to abuse. |
