There is a bug in this SW, it removed ALL my "like" comments!! Will redo best can remember for my XLE 4 cyl w/leather/conv pkg/entune. Measured actual mpg 33 in mixed hwy/city driving first tank 210 miles. Got 40mpg best case 70mph 40 mi no wind |
| 2012 | 4dr Sedan 156-horsepower 2.5L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
gas won.t stay where it is. A 40% increase in mpg will pay off in less than 6 years |
| 2011 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
First tank of gas yielded 28.75 MPG--not bad considering mix of city and rural with no long constant cruise. Also ambient temperature was from 5-20 degrees. |
| 2011 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
First tank of gas yielded 28.75 MPG! This was a mix of city and highway driving while varying speeds during break in so there was never much of a constant speed. Made no attempt to maximize economy. |
| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 169-horsepower 2.5L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
34mpg on regular |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Getting almost 40mpg vs. 21-23mpg on the murano. |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
I have an overall average of 28.5 mpg for the 78,000 miles I have driven this car, mostly on long trips. 30 MPG average is common on highways under 65 mph, and 26-28 is more the norm during 75 MPH interstate driving. 24-26 is common in suburban driving |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Although rated at 32/34 the reports list the mileage as higher |
| 2009 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
I average between 31 and 35.4 MPG which is more than twice what my SUV gets! I have "learned" how to drive in a more fuel efficient way using the MPG gauge and the fuel economy charts built into the Nav unit. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Gets great fuel mileage; when you watch your acceleration and keep cruise control at 65-70 its fairly easy to get 40mpg. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
very good |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
I drive 30 minutes a day to work mostly highway and a tank of gas will last a little over a week with small trips to grocery and what not. Excellent. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Uses regular gas. Average fuel mileage in high 30s and a few times have reached 40. Winter fuel reduces mileage by 3-5 mpg. Cannot run on 85% biofuel. |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
42-43 mpg tank average fuel economy |
| 2008 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
I like the fact that I am not driving a compact, stripped down car around town and am still getting 35-40 mpg. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
On the highway, it is remarkable for a big, heavy car: 7 or 7.5 litres per 100 km. In the city, ugh - averages around 11; can go up to 12. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
I routinely get between 38 and 42 mpg. in just normal everyday driving. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
The fuel economy is about 10-20% better than what the EPA gives it credit for. The old 2007 ratings were more accurate than the 2008 ratings except the city mpg rating for 2007 should have been lowered to 35 and not the 40 mpg the EPA originally used. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
For a vehicle of this size and tremendous power, the fuel economy is outstanding, I have Avid TRZ tires filled with nitrogen, which I have come to believe actually makes a difference avg 29 mpg @80 mph with the a/c full blast and the car loaded up. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Fuel economy is as good as or better than advertiaed. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Hybrid gives me between 33 to 40 mpg. I only have to fill up once a month. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Excellent hybrid technology. Effortless to go over 40 mpg without compromising on comfort, room or safety. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
34 to 36 mpg hybrid |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Great, but not at all close to the EPA claims |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Hybrid was rated 38/40 mpg EPA. Actually achieve around 35 in the winter and around 40 in the summer. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD |
Average about 36 to 37 MPG around town. Took it on 4-600 Mile trips the Camry averaged 38-39 MPG. |
| 2005 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
During the 3 1/2 years that we have owned the car, it has averaged 30.2 mpg in a mix of city/hwy driving. We have been very pleased with the fuel economy. |
| 2005 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Drive from Calgary to Vancouver on tank(2 adults,2kids,trunk full of stuff)So 70 l. for 1000km. not bad at all. |
| 2004 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Consistently maintains a blend of 30 mpg |
| 2004 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Better fuel economy than EPA estimates. Get 27 city, 33 highway (rated 25/32) without babying it. All highway driving at 55-75 mph with flow of traffic, A/C full blast, 4 full-sized adults and a trunk full of luggage can get close to 35 mpg. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 192-horsepower 3.0L V6 4-speed automatic FWD |
Average 22 to 25 miles per gallon |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Very reasonable for the class. EPA estimates are accurate. Actually quite miserly for the size. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 192-horsepower 3.0L V6 4-speed automatic FWD |
I consistantly get 10L/100Km performance on average. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Consistently get 25 average mpg. 20 in city and 33 in strictly highway. |
| 2000 | 4dr Sedan 194-horsepower 3.0L V6 5-speed manual FWD |
with the 3.0L v6 i average 22/23 under all driving conditions with ac on. city 22 hwy 26 or better. plenty of power for average driver. |

After 6000 miles the car averages around 24 mpg city and 27.4 mpg highway. The latest response from the dealer is the milage will improve after I have driven 12,000 miles . That is the fourth milestone i have been told to reach for better fuel economy. The dealer refused to put the car in the shop to check out this problem. Last week i drove 286 miles to Louisville, KY and back with 246 miles on interstate highways at 65 mph. I drove with the Eco light lite with slow acceleration. I have spoken with other 2012 owners and they report the same milage. The conclusion I have reached on the average milage listed on this web site is by people who do know how to accurately figure fuel milage. |

| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 158-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed automatic FWD |
Highway is great but in the city driving it drops to about 16-17 miles per gallon. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 268-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
Not nearly as good as advertised |
| 2003 | 4dr Sedan 157-horsepower 2.4L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
Get s only 23-26 mpg v-v 28-30 for Accord. |
| 2002 | 4dr Sedan 192-horsepower 3.0L V6 4-speed automatic FWD |
While it gets up to 28 mpg on the highway it only gets 14 to 18 mpg city. |
