Sep 2012 69000 661 Replaced right front CV axle due to torn boot. Replaced left front CV axle due to leaking boot. Check Engine Light - scan and retrieve codes Replaced torn control arm bushing 
Oct 2012 69300 640 Radiator inlet hose popped off. Radiator inlet flange was damaged. Replaced radiator and inlet (top) hose. 
Nov 2012 69700 0 Check engine light came on 3 times in one week. Each time, the car went into 'limp' mode. Would not rev above 1200 rpm. Dealer read code P0638. Dealer was not able to diagnose further and did not attempt to repair. 
Dec 2012 70000 0 Got P0638 check engine light. Car went into limp mode. Dealer (Irvine Subaru) replaced ECM. When I went to pick up the car, I got P0638 again. Dealer replaced the throttle body (including sensor and actuator).

Dec 2011 102920 388 Heat/AC air blower motor had a noise the increase in frequency with with each increase in motor speed selected. Replaced blower motor. Rear shocks replaced. These components looked OK and had no leaks but shock rebound damping was not enough to keep the rear controled on larger bumps. The aftermarket replacements created a smooth and controlled ride. Replace timing belt as car reached the 160,000 KM replacement interval. 
Jun 2012 110360 450 Failing bearing noise in rear of car - Rear wheel bearing assembly replaced - problem resolved.

After lengthy diagnosis (for which not charged), found to be a tight valve. All four lifters were replaced. Since timing belt exposed by repair work, also went ahead and replaced it and the pulleys.
