Good fuel economy for an SUV and has powerful engine. |
| 2009 | 4dr SUV 265-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
My average is well above the EPA estimate of 19- mine is closer to 24-25, with combo city and highway driving. Once at a steady speed, the MPGs hover at 27-33 at both 40mph and 75 mph |
| 2009 | 4dr SUV 265-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
Once at a constant speed, the MPG hovers between 27-32- much better then the EPA estimates. My average MPG with combined city and highway driving is 24- 5MPG better than the EPA tests. |
| 2009 | 4dr SUV 265-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
Once you are at a steady speed, the MPG climb to above 30mpg easily, whether at 30 MPH or 75MPH. My average mileage is above 24MPG- 5 MPG better than the EPA estimate |

My previous vehicle was a Mazda Tribute which was a smaller SUV by comparison. Exact same type of driving got me about 17 mpg vs 21 mpg w/the Murano. I get better mileage than the EPA lists for the vehicle because I hypermile when I can. |
| 2006 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
The In car Computer Tells me that It Averages over 30 MPG on the Highway, and over 22 in the city, the range is just under 600km on 89 octane fuel. |
| 2006 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
I get 21 around town, and 25+ highway which I think is very good for a vehicle this size and weight. |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
Saved me a ton of money in gas and insurance |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
Good due to CVT transmission in balance with its HP. |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
good for the size |

Wish it was better with the CVT |

Fuel economy in town has been below 16MPG. It’s not bad, but the lack of economy does not deliver exciting performance as it does with other similarly sized SUV’s that get comparable mileage. |
| 2009 | 4dr SUV 265-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
Uses Premium gas |
| 2007 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
Excellent. |
| 2006 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT AWD |
For a midsize SUV is very good at 22-23MPG on the HWY. But still is not much, especially at $3.50 per gallon! |
| 2005 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable CVT AWD |
Fuel economy is fine for me. I get 22-24mpg without the trailer, a light gas peddle foot, and under 70mph, But if you accelerate fast and drive fast without reguard to MPG you will easily slip into the 18mpg range. With trailer MPG is 13-15. |
| 2003 | 4dr SUV 245-horsepower 3.5L V6 CVT FWD |
since day one. I did the calculation about the Fuel Economy and it never went over 16MPG. the computer on board is not correct when it tells you 21 or 23 MPG I drove this car since it has 5 miles till now which is almost 100,000 Miles. Fuel Economy 15MPG |

if you are worried about fuel economy buy an economy car. i pay for the power. |
