Driver's seat makes a clunking sound and slight movement when weight shifts as vehicle goes around a corner. Inspect headlight delay operation - headlights remain on for an excessive period of time. Requested delay be reduced or turned off. Dealer adjusted headlights to shut off after 30 seconds - stated this is the minimum delay period possible. Smart key fob LOW BATTERY warning displayed. Vehicle only one year old. Dealer replaced Smart key fob battery.
Jul	2009	16740	211	Approx 2 weeks after the problem was serviced (and fixed?) in February, it re-occurred. The driver's window auto up function would not work. Dealership advised that the problem was a faulty window motor and it was replaced on this occasion. Dealership tried to 'sell' me a "brake inspection"; I advised that an "inspection" was not necessary as I knew the vehicle required a brake service, (disassembly, cleaning & lubrication). Brake service was completed to my satisfaction.
Jun	2010	25420	0	Now the 3rd time the driver's window auto up has been serviced - 1st time - needed a reflash, 2nd time - changed the window regulator, this time - needed another flash & was told that problem is caused by holding the switch too long -huh??? Condensation in LH mirror LED signal light. Shop ordered the RH mirror (duh!!!). Was told that "the technician took the mirror apart and removed the condensation and it didn't come back; see if this works" - if not bring it back again!
