Problem was verified by the Tech, parts were ordered and car repaired under Warranty and returned the next day. Small areas of chrome bubbling/flaking off the wheel finish of three wheels. Problem verified by the Tech, wheels ordered and I returned five days later for installation. Repair covered under original Warranty  Finish of center console armrest exhibited unusual wear, especially for a low mileage vehicle. Tech verified issue, ordered part and I returned five days later for installation of new armrest. Covered under original Warranty.
