Best Reason Not to Buy the Lexus RX: Feature availability The RX400h still has a cassette tape player - this also means there is no IPOD interface which is standard in many cars already (especially when the top of the line version is purchased). Best Reason Not to Buy the Lexus RX: Powertrain performance There is a slight hesitation at low speed maneuvers such as in stop and go city traffic. When decelerating to a near stop and then attempting to accelerate again the transmission hesitates for 2 to 5 seconds before deciding which gear is should be in.
