However, on my roadtrip across the eastern / mid eastern USA I was able to get ~33 ish mpg (computer reported) on flat terrain and premium fuel. City mpg is what I expect,22-25ish. But I think it is great as a long distance comfortable vehicle.

Sticker is 21/29, I'm averaging 27MPG (computer read); avg on hwy is about 33-34 mpg while city is about 19-23mpg. Engine variety would help, a 4 cyl + turbo or something, but toyota/lexus isn't exactly known for that.
