Lower engine cover had longitudinal crack visible below bumper. New cover ordered and installed. Labor included as part of other routine maintenance, since cover had to be removed to access maintenance item.

Nov	2012	87500	100	Fuel door lock and door lock actuators malfuntioning. Front passenger lock actuator had failed and is linked to and was ultimately affecting the fuel door locking mechanism. A rear passenger door actuator also needed replacing. Mechanic working on other problem observed that the hydraulic motor mounts were leaking hydraulic fluid. Mounts were replaced under extended warranty. Front passenger door proximity sensor did not function with the new actuator. Vehicle had to be taken back to the dealer a second time and another actuator installed. So, problem was eventually resolved, but not without a second repair trip/replacement p
