Although chromed plastic trim outside looks poor, remainder of car looks new. Interior has quality looks. Some of wood trim is actual wood. Leather lasts forever with care, everything matches, plastic does not look cheap. |

Nicely stitched leather. Touch and feel of plastics, rubber and chrome accents is also pleasant. |

Not as nice as 2003 Passat. BIG concern is lack of decent fresh air from dash outlets and mediocre a/c system - takes forever to cool and never gets really cold even in NY state! again, 2003 was MUCH better in boyh areas.`Headliner is cheaper material. |
