The interior materials are not holding up well. Had to have the steering wheel replace under warranty due to the leather peeling. The parking brake handle and drivers door panel is showing a lot of wear. |

Having owned 8 different Toyotas over the years I have seen a steady decline in quality in recent years. This was well reflected in the Avalon. For an upscale car, the fit and finish were quite poor. No comparison with the Genesis. |
