| Sep | 2012 | 55800 | 450 | Throttle Positioning Sensor bad, had to have sensor replaced and a software update applied to the Engine Control Module to remedy the problem (Check Engine Light, car went into limp mode, would not go over 20KM/h) Valve Cover Gasket had to be replaced as it was leaking oil on the alternator and could cause further issues with the alternator if left unchecked. Rear brake pads were low (less than 1mm remaining), front rotors were warped, and front pads had to be replaced due to grooving in the pads from the warped rotors. Front Lower Ball Joints loose, causing knocking noise in the suspension. Recommended replacing as soon as possible (by the dealership). While replacing the rotors and brake pads myself, examined it, was loose, but not to the extent they said Power seat switches working very intermittently, not working more often than they do. The motor for the rear window power sunshade stopped working, sunshade stuck in a partially open position. Dealer wanted $918 to fix, found the part for $5 shipped, will tackle it myself one of these days. |
