This car may be rated 18mpg city and 25mpg highway, but I don't drive many highways, and in red-light happy Houston I get 25mpg without even trying. Driving a long highway trip yielded closer to 29mpg. Sure it's premium, but for a 240bhp car, grea |
| 2003 | 2dr Convertible 240-horsepower 2.0L I4 6-speed manual RWD |
about 26 mpg in winter, and 30 in the summer |

to get even some rise out of the engine it has to be revved high this tends to use up a lot of fuel |

about 20mpg in spirited driving. drinks premium fuel. |

I find 25-30 city/road overall to be most acceptable with a highly tuned engine that begs to be driven hard. We all wish for greater mileage. However, the S2000 is first and last a performance vehicle. With that in mind, I am quite pleased. |
