Unable to replicate. Drivers door handle occasionally sticks/hard to open. TSB repair/adjustment. Will be taking it back to do the same to the other three doors. "B" pillar trim panel rattle. Said was adjusted but is still making noise. One of the plenum bolts (valve cover area?) was leaking oil. Tightened and cleaned.

May try that next... Found water that we thought was coming in thru the driver's side door was coming in through an unsealed seam in the firewall between the engine and cabin. Tech sealed with silicon. Then two days later in a rain storm it was leaking again. Will return...

Appears to have fixed the rattling issues. Tech tried unsuccessfully to recreate the leaking problem. Took the cowl off for a second time while another tech up under the dash while spraying water in the area that we thought it had been leaking. No leak found. We'll see what happens when it rains.

Problem however reoccurred approximately three days later. Second trip for same problem, computer analysis says misfire cylinders three and five. Technician did some unidentified work which corrected problem for about two weeks before check engine light came back on. Check engine light, VSA light and VSA stability light appear. When car shut off and restarted only check engine light appears. Technician resets but this solution only lasts a day. Check engine light comes on. Coil replaced at cost to customer of $123 Cdn. Check engine light appears again same day. Dealer has now agreed to check valves at their cost. Car goes in tomorrow to allow this to happen.

Dealer installed front strut assembly that was ordered at time of trip 1.

Dealer said they don't like tearing into the dash for rattles unless they know for sure where it is. It still makes noise and is getting worse with colder air temps. I'm takig it back to the dealer.

I pulled over, called 911, and watched it burn to a crisp. Now, I am dealing with the dealers insurance company. Which has been a two month ordeal of pure hell.

Did not resolve. Returned and spoke with Regional Director and service determined cracked spot welds in the rear shelf on both passenger and driver sides.
