Reliability and Durability of the Ford Taurus: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2001 4dr Sedan 155-horsepower 3.0L V6
4-speed automatic FWD
The Taurus completely fell apart on me, starting at a whopping 90K miles. The insides hold together well, but everything important, the powertrain, suspension, etc., failed at very ripe ages.
