Mar 2011 247000 200 Vibration noted while mechanic took vehicle for a road test after front end alignment... Mechanic found one of drive axle worn which caused vibration during around 35-40mph. Ordered rebuilt axle and replaced. 
Jul 2011 250000 1300 Front axle broke. Replaced. Then one week later, fuel pump quit working. Replaced pump. Mechanic found coolant leak. Replaced radiator. 
Sep 2011 262000 442 Mechanic noticed fluid coming out of solenoid pack. Recommended replacement before any problems with transmission operations will occur. Also van needed service on the transmission and had it drained & replace fluid, filter, etc.

Sep 2009 94000 400 Vehicle died. Had it towed. They checked everything under the sun. Had coilpack, sensors, fuel pump, and fuel filter, among other things replaced. Found out that the computer was shot had to replace it, problem solved. 
May 2011 107000 501 loud squeal coming from front end, front brakes were replaced, squeal gone had pcm ( remanufactured) replaced back in 9 of 09 well the pcm went bad on 5/29/11 (of course I didn't know it was the pcm) had it replaced with a used one works fine now found that starter was bad, replaced battery(it was bad also), replaced starter woked fine after that 
Dec 2011 110000 80 brakes failed while driving, had to have brake lines replaced, rusted out on both sides mechanic said tranny stuck in second gear, won't shift have to take to a tranny shop for a scan, could just be a solenoid have not attempted a repair as of yet.

Jul 2009 143000 380 Heater core rotted out - replaced. Radiator rotted out - replaced. 
May 2012 154500 558 Vehicle stopped and would not re-start. PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and crankshaft sensor were replaced. PCM was a rebuilt unit which I supplied to avoid paying the dealer over $800.00 for one (vs. $159.00 for the rebuilt unit). 
Jul 2012 155000 60 Ignition coil (coil-pack) died, engine (3.8l) running on 3 cylinders. Replaced coil-pack. I've never had a coil fail on any other vehicle I've owned (and there have been many, most of them used).
