Jan 2010 57000 785 Oil line to oil cooler leaking, requiring replacement. Mechanic indicated that this is a common problem with the style of oil lines used by GM.
Mar 2010 57000 470 Air bag sensor failed, requiring replacement.
Jun 2010 60000 660 Air bag trigger failed. Rear brake pads replaced, rotors turned. Rear rotor dust shields are rusting away. Repair would be VERY costly. Will live with it. I will NEVER buy another GM car.
Mar 2011 71000 176 The passenger seat belt was stuck and could not be used. Had to be disassembled and reassembled to fix -- no parts costs, just labor. This is the second time that this problem has occurred.
Jun 2011 75000 1076 The dust shields on the rear discs disintegrated due to rust. Damage to the rear discs and pads resulted. The axle had to be dis-assembled. new shields installed, new pads, rotors turned. The service manager said that it was common.
Oct 2011 77000 0 The lights in the steering wheel-mounted controls are going out. I was told that the only solution was replacement of the steering wheel at $400+ dollars. No thanks - I'll live with it. Typical GM - problems with no solutions!
Nov 2012 92000 700 The water pump failed. The maintenance lead told me that this is a common occurrence for GM V8s this old and with this many miles/

Nov 2012 35640 300 The speakers were faulty on the front passenger's side. Trying to isolate if the problem is the speaker(s) or the dash board radio. Work in progress. The front window vent is NOT defrosting properly. Frost forms on the top 1/4 of the front window. Not sure if venting is at fault or the " blower" is not functioning efficiently. I can see why GM went bankrupt. This SUV is garbage!!!
