Audi A7 should be a serious consideration... A member from Texas, United States Best Reason to Buy the Audi A7 / S7: Exterior styling This car is a head-turner. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. I consider it to be one of the luxury "sleepers". One has to drive it to really understand all that it offers. The use of LEDs everywhere in this car really make it a standout. Best Reason Not to Buy the Audi A7 / S7: Feature availability Audi has across numerous models overlooked the cupholders. While they exist, they are an after-thought in my opinion. The size and engineering of the holders limits the flexibility in containers. More specifically, the center console limits the use of larger containers and getting the containers in and out of the recepticals can be difficult without a spilling incident. I first saw the A7 in France in May, 2011 and I was smitten the first time I saw the LEDs in my rear view mirror. Further investigation and test drives just reinforced my initial impressions Best Reason Not to Buy the Audi A7 / S7: Reliability & durability Even though I have one on order, I'm still a bit nervous about the reliability. Everyone I know loves their Audi, but the horror stories on the web are a bit scary. Performance and handling, sporty and luxurious. A member from Colorado, United States Best Reason to Buy the Audi A7 / S7: Handling The A7 inspires confidence, and always feels well connected with the road. It drives intuitively, does not do things the driver does not expect; it inspires confidence. Corners flat at speed. The steering wheel has good on-center feel at speed. The engine, transmission, and weight are extremely well balanced for excellent road handling, being sporty and luxurious at the same time, and the handling can be customized via the MMI/drive controler. This is a car I love to drive, or just sit in. Best Reason Not to Buy the Audi A7 / S7: Audio & nav systems We love the Google Earth navigation, and use it on all of our trips. However, we've found that the point-of-interest database is 1 to 2 years out of date, with restaurants and gas stations out of business or moved. It is useful, but not something that you can completely rely on.
